Aethlir

The aethlir came third of the peoples into Udroth together with Dhin Sunwyrm to combat the Demonic Invasion. At the end of the Age of Creation when the Aradh were defeated, and the Old Gods had fled, the aethlir founded the First Aethliri Empire.

They prefer to live, where light of the Sun and Stars can be seen. They can be found in largest numbers in Dhinaem, but are also notably present in Izbred and in the Kwod. Some of their peoples migrated into Izbred during the Age of History during the times of the Second and the Third Aethliri Empires, because it was a sparsely populated land that had sunlight, much sought after by the aethlir. And in the Kwod aethlir are mostly remnants of imperial legions and Exarchates.

In all lands of Udroth have intermarried into local families in time of the Aethliri Empire and therefore many noble families even outside Dhinaem can track their lineage to some aethlir.

Most aethlir worship The Stars and their chief, Dhin Sunwyrm.

Aethlir are the tallest of the four races, known for their pale skin and bright hair – blonde, light brown, white, at times even bluish. Their features look as if vertically stretched.
